At partner townships, we are creating world class club experiences over 2-to 200 acres of space across multiple locations. The infrastructure is designed to the specifications of world class academy and lifestyle services operators of ILESEUM Clubs brining an International quality active sporting and lifestyle experience to the residents of the township. The clubs are designed, managed and operated by ILESEUM, providing global standards real estate services to the residents, while simultaneously bringing down the F-CAM costs through commercialization models. All this while adding a PUNCH to the Township’s Sales drive.

Turnkey Development – At Ileseum Clubs, we take up the entire amenities development under our projects division. We finalize with the developer purchase teams on a detailed BOQ for each feature of the club / park. Once the BOQ’s and payments terms are frozen, the club is built turnkey by ileseum clubs projects division.

The food and beverage department is critical in ensuring a value proposition to club members and guests. ILESEUM has its own F&B brands like – Aufside the sports bar which specialize in Club and sports related food and beverage options, bubsters kitchen and pizzeria and cafe callow healthy eating.

Events

Events are at the centre of everything we do at the club. We prepare an events calendar for the entire year in advance. We have 100+ events a year for member engagement and increased participation.
